No services, just quiet residential area with level street parking, perfect for small self-contained RVs. There is a water view, go down this street further to find other unlevelled spaces. (There is a wall between the street and townhomes so good privacy).
No signs of restriction.

don't bother going there. probably people living close complained because security knocked at my door at 9h30PM !!!!! to tell me i wasn't allowed sleeping there. and while i was 'securing' everything to take the road HE CAME BACK ! to make sure i was actually leaving. its end of September.. not busy and still had many empty spots.. just don't bother
Report Check-InI do not recommend it, even on a monday night it was super loud, a lot of cars passing and drunk people from the pub. Beautiful view tough, nice garden and toilets that close at night.
Report Check-Inlots of street parking, beautiful view and lakeside, has public bathrooms open as of May 1st (not sure of hours).
Report Check-InÉviter d’y rester pour la nuit les jeudis, car Karaoke au restaurant Sage Pub de 21:30 à 2h. Par contre, super restaurant avec menu exceptionnel à coût très abordable.
Report Check-InGreat spot to chill by the lake for a day didn’t stay but got kicked out before had a chance to consider it, People not happy about rigs!cars & suv‘s appear to fly under the radar though
Report Check-InI have over night here many times. A cross the street from the Sage pub and public washroom very close by.
Report Check-In27$/night no services. cash only. friendly staff,
great spots, usual provincial park
Nice levelled parking in front of a pretty beach and park (some spots just next to the beach for shorters rigs, some a little bit further on the road available for bigger rigs). Really quiet at night and the City centre is easily reachable by foot. Highly recommended for a night in Osoyoos.
