Description

Big Hotel with garden parking that fits 2 vans behind each other. Height limit 3 meters (we have 2,90m and could enter without problems)! Shower in a room and toilet downstairs. Dogs allowed if they don’t hunt the cats or annoy the other guests (who will have breakfast outside). We paid 10 Sol per day. It’s possible to use the kitchen if you pay more. Access via Jiron Jose Olaya street (you may think you’re wrong because it’s no asphalt road and looks run down but then you will be surprised to see the hotel). Dead end road therefore very quiet.

You can't enter on Sunday, the only 2 roads which lead there are blocked by restaurants because they serve food on the street. After 6 pm, entry is possible but then it's almost dark .

Latest Check-Ins

Very friendly people but they don't seem to offer camping anymore.
They seemed confused about us wanting to sleep in our car, but after a but of explaining they were willing to allow it. However, we really needed to take a shower which was only possible when renting a room.
So, in the end we decided to take a room for 80 Sol for 2 people including breakfast. Simple rooms with comfortable beds and hot showers, so for us it was definitely worth it.

We drove through the narrow streets to get here and rang the bell. We asked if we could stay, but the lady said she was full. Looking through the gate, there was no car parked. We did not feel welcome and had to leave. Maybe the next one has better luck, it is very difficult to find a decent place to camp in Huaraz. We ended up at the Real Huascaran Hotel.

tal cual las descripciones, el espacio para carro es estrecho. lo bueno, te habilitan baño de un cuarto y prestan cocina. por15 soles es super buen precio!

Report Check-In

Stayed here for 3 nights, only 15 sol per night. The secured parking holds 1 and maybe 2 cars. Entry as mentioned 3 meters high. We had a super nice hot shower and clean toilet. They open a room for you when you want to shower. We tried to minimum the showers because its extra work for them and you pay only 15 sol pn. We had a tour to the glaciers from here as well.

todo super bien, solo es para dos autos.

We stayed for two nights and paid 15 Sol per Night (two persons in a van). The space is really small, but for this price perfect. We felt safe in this neiborhood. Walking distance to the city center.

Just updating that this place still exist and offer same services.
Beware that the access is a bit difficult and certainly not okay for big rigs as the streets to access it are a bit narrow.

otherwise it was a perfect stay for our two nights. quiet and accommodating host, clean and hot showers, very fast wifi, nice little garden. All that for 15 soles per night for the two of us and the car. definitely recommend 👍

The place itself is everything that was advertised. You can use the bathroom and shower for 10sol pp, we could also use the kitchen free of charge. However we were here when there were already two cars in the garden. They let you park outside in the street and use all facilities. However, we were waken up by a lot of noise at night and before we went to sleep neighbours threw water balloons. Place itself is great, neighbourhood not so much.

Great place to stay in Huaraz if you're sleeping in your car. We camped in the garden several days in our rooftop tent for 10 soles a night (including access to bathroom, but not kitchen). Owner let us keep the car in his garden for three nights while we went hiking, for 5 soles per night. Lovely staff, and hiking equipment available for hire. Recommended. Also, they have the most adorable baby cats that will cause havoc in your car!

One of the best places we've stayed in South America considering we have a car. 50 soles for a matrimonial with the biggest and cosiest bed we've had and a hot shower. Free parking in an enclosed area on site. Can wash your own clothes and we even borrowed the vacuum cleaner to clean out our car. Breakfast included which is a small portion of scrambled eggs, two bread each, jam and butter. Bialetti coffee and unlimited hot water for tea as well. Super friendly owner and his daughter(?) was lovely too. Highly recommended.
