You will get the visa sticker at the international airport in Yaounde.

Entering Cameroon was easy. You need 2 passport copies and 2 printed eVisa.

We only showed printed copies of Cameroon Evisa. He was happy with it - no passport sticker visa required.
No entry stamp stamp given.

We heard many times, that you have to get the sticker of the visa in your passport. Some embassies in Nigeria try to make money out of it and even ask for 25$. We decided to go just with the print of the visa and it was totally fine.
We also didn’t get a entry stamp. The guy at the border told us that officially the borders in the north are “closed” and that is the reason why they do not stamp atm.

Friendly guys and easy process. In september 2023 they continue not stamping the passeport. Cpd is stamp here, no problem. After that the bad track is not finished at all. It's bad until Magda. But possibility to do Nice wildcamp. People are really friendly.

I exited Cameroon. I only visited immigration police. No exit stamp. One black and white copy of the passport data page was sufficient.

In Nigeria, one of the many immigration checkpoints complained about the missing exit stamp. So it would be better to find out where to get the stamp before exiting Cameroon here.

At this place the guy told us we didn’t need a passavant for Cameroon anymore (we don’t have CPD). He was sure about that but we were not so we went to the customs in Banyo and they did it for us. We were asked for the paper several times on the road so don’t leave Banyo without a passavant !

They did not even mind our visa was valid starting the 1st of April. Friendly people. CDP stamped and visa as well. Quickly done 👌

Checked passports and visa here. No stamp but not necessary in Cameroun. No problem at the exit ;)

We also got no stamp when entering Cameroon and that was no problem at all when we exited to Congo. Dont worry about that stamp, immigrations officers know about the situation.

Friendly crossing from Nigeria to Cameroon. No stamp in passport. Immigration officer advised us we could get one in Yaoundé. However we have just exited Cameroon to Gabon without any entry stamp from Cameroon and had no problems or questions.

Nigeria to Cameron. Nice officer. Need a Passeport copy if you have or he will write all the informations on a paper. No entry or exit stamp on the Passeport since covid... We explain to him that it's always something needed at the exit and above all nothing prove the day of our entry in Cameroon... He said no worries everyone is aware.

We asked to the customs at the end of the road and they wasn't aware about that... They send us the the "commissariat spécial" of Banyo to see with them. Wasn't the first time and they where a bit upset with the boss because of it. He said that we have to go to Yaoundé to the Police des frontières to have the stamp. We said that we are not going in Yaounde normally, he said that we do not have other options to be in order for the exit to Gabon...

Cameroon to Nigeria. Border post manned by police, refused to stamp out our passport. did need copy of passport. We saw the stamps on his desk but he said since covid they dont have authority to stamp.. we tried to 'buy' the stamp but also didnt work, so continued to Nigeria without exit stamp.

From Nigeria to Cameroon.
Cameroon immigration : 20 minutes. friendly officers. very easy. they stamped our passports and asked a copy of our passports.
no hassle,nothing to pay!!!

3 check points: custom, police and immigration.
If you are traveling from Nigeria with Cdp ask also for passavant. It is mandatory to have it to buy a car insurance in Banyo (Cdp is not enough).
The police check point request à copy of the 2 first pages of the passeport. Make sure you have some with you.
