Great place on the road between Bukhara and Samarkand around Navoiy. Just take left on the mainroad, then right and just follow the road. You can see the dirt track on maps.me but not on Google maps. Just follow the dirt road and you end up at the river. A few shepperds past in the evening and the morning.
