Mexico
Spent 3 weeks here Jan-Feb 2015 and back for 3 months, Nov 2015 - Jan 2016.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Got one of the last spots, packed in very tight. All amenities working but needs updating. No breeze in the back lanes so very hot. Stopped here just to visit a relative. Most expensive $650 for a small van. Stayed 2 nights. Nice music night after great pizza event.
Report Check-InAsking 550 pesos to camp on an uneven, open area that is littered either garbage. They offer a kitchen area with cooking but it is filthy. I stayed here 3 years ago and it was clean and only 150 pesos. What a dump. If you can find somewhere else to camp, you should. I left.
Report Check-InVery expensive, 600 pesos, RV park full with snowbirds. WiFi is very iffy to not working. Location is nice above the beach. We only stay for two nights. Not really for us.
Report Check-InGreat RV park Carol and Grant are great hosts, love the ocean breeze. We’ll be here a month, on our trip home. we may come back next year if we can get a site with the ocean breeze as it 15 0r 20 amp so no running your AC. I love the fact it’s a non smoking RV park. Everyone is very friendly and most have been here for years, so great knowledge to be shared
Report Check-InSÚPER friendly and nice people! Invited us for tacos, to play volleyball, to talk. Lots of retirees - very very welcoming. We paid 500 for a very small camper van. A little pricey considering the poor state the bathrooms are in (quite gross - would avoid use if possible).
Report Check-Infull of snowbirds, permanently staying there. lots of noise and no privacy. stayed 1 night because of the Penita mercado. bargained from 600 peso p.night to 300 still far too much
Report Check-InVery nice place to camp, they only open from November to March and we got here first day of November. They didn’t expect people so soon so many of the amenities weren’t ready but after a couple of days everything was in order. They have a big pool, a reasonable priced restaurant for breakfast and snaks, and access to a beautiful beach that normally there’s no one around. They let us set our tent in an RV spot so we had food shade, electricity, a sink and fairly good space. The owners are Canadian and also most of the people staying here so fairly friendly community. Probably late November is the best time to arrive.
Report Check-InCanadian park, very friendly. Just here for a week, but checking it out for next year
Report Check-InDrove through to check out, if you like being jmed I'm to a Rocky Hill with mostly no views on a poor beach go here. Filthy pool with a bar of soap floating .Myself never!!
Report Check-InGreat place, with lots of activities going on.
This place have lots of Canadians, feel like we're back in Canada.
Bathroom is a bit primitive, but the best water pressure and hot shower we had in a while.
With passport America you pay 210 p a day, but you have to stay for 3 days to get the price. Don't know the price without passport America.
Great RV Park .. run by Canadians . Tent area too . Pool and restaurant on site
Report Check-InPark is clean, staff is very friendly. Antonio the office manager is amazing and if you need anything, just ask. Full service, however cannot run a/c and internet is intermittent. Short walk to beach and town. Park has many extra services such as restaurant open most days until 1, and many nights of the week there is food and social activities.
Report Check-InAn amazing place, Church rightly described it as the best RV Park in Mexico. Close to town and amenities, yet it feels rural, natural, and has the wonderful, undeveloped three mile beach. Would be a 5 star if it only had 30 amp power.
Report Check-InSpent 3 weeks here Jan-Feb 2015 and back for 3 months, Nov 2015 - Jan 2016.
Report Check-InOver 100 fully serviced sites with everything! Rigs of every size plus camping. Right next to the town of LA Penita de Jaltemba.
