Description
Police checkpoint at entrance to town near gas station. Police looking for a reason to issue a citation, wanting a quick settlement instead of the complicated and expensive official route. Asked about tyres, but settled on polarised windows being an offence. It isn't, at least not for foreign-plated vehicles, so hold your ground and after the usual intimidation techniques, they will back off. Do check all is in order before passing through here, don't give them an actual reason!

Stop was here today on a Monday afternoon around 5. They stopped every vehicle (motos, trucks, everything). I was asked for my documents but nothing further, and kind of talked my way out of even showing the moto papers.
