Highly recommend - beautiful camp sites, close to pit bathrooms, lots of fire wood around and close to the Grand Canyon.

What a great place! Not gonna lie after snowing and melting a little it was muddy and slippery in spots for the van but made it to a spot past the Tower and down the road on the right. Good att service fire pit no trash and atm no neighbors so dead silent besides the wind.

Accurate description of the site. Several sites along the FS road, with more along different roads. Great dispersed camping. Current road conditions is rough & bumpy

Report Check-In

Great spot on the east side of the road, less than 100m south of Grandview Tower. There's a fire pit, level ground, and plenty of room for our 44' 5th wheel and truck.

I checked with the ranger coming into the NP this morning. She said no problem at all camping here. She knew exactly where I was talking about when I described it.

4 bars of Verizon 4G. Connection speeds of 77 down, 41 up.

Report Check-In

Completely empty in late December, a little chilly but pretty nice

Report Check-In

A number of spots for mid sized RVs or trailers. Dirt road about 2 miles long to get here from Hwy 64, stay away if snowy or rainy, The watchtower view is very nice, but it’s a long view to the canyon from here.
