Five-Star campground on the quiet lake. Great facilities and camp spaces. It was an awesome spot to stop on our Superior Circle Tour trip, even though it wasn’t on Superior!

Campground was quiet even though it was busy. It’s right on a serene little lake and only a short walk to Lake Superior.
I had a small amount on AT&T but no Verizon. Some spots are open enough for Starlink.
Bathrooms are clean.
I stayed 2 nights. This is definitely a family campground. All the sites are very close together with no privacy. I felt lonely 😔
The bathrooms are very nice and clean. No bell service except near the office where you can get free Wi-Fi. You’ll find all the other internet junkies there.
Absolutely loved this campground, the lake was beautiful and Lake Superior was just a couple minute walk away. We even got to see the northern lights for the very first time here. Basically no Verizon service, but the wifi at the office worked great. Bathrooms were super clean also.
Report Check-InBeautiful state park campground, right on the lake. Good standard services. Very little AT&T and Verizon coverage, and the campground wifi did not work.
Report Check-InVery much a big rig, family / multi family, crowded campground. Little separation of camp sites, in the main area, limited shade- except site numbers 130 to 158. Electricity at site, drinking water at spigots only.
Nice main toilet block and showers, kids playground, boat launch. 25$ per night, one off 8$ booking fee plus 9$ per day site use fee for all out of state registered cars- adds up to being expensive for 2 people.y
Most sites are not for those seeking quiet and privacy
