Something not right?

Description

Park&Ride lot located on highway 580, 45 minutes from San Francisco.
Restrictions: 30 feet long maximum and 72 hours maximum.
We spent a good night and there were hardly anyone when we arrived around 8pm. Some noise from the highway but not too bad. Better park at the back because at 7 am the carpark was almost full.

Nice chill spot, a few other cars and some RV’S. no foot traffic like other spots I’ve been too 👌🏽

Report Check-In

Free parking near the highway. There are some trees for a little bit of shade. Spent the night, sleeped well, and seemed safe

Not bad for a night. Highway noise is there but doesn’t disrupt sleep. If you need something in the area this works. Verizon has a lot bars but a bit glitchy.

7/12/2023 update: stayed here again on my way north. Found a lot of garbage dumbed here. There are no garbage bins so not sure when someone from the city may clean it. Otherwise the same as previously reported.

We spent there 1 night as the camping Anthony Chabot was closed due to the fire hazard. It was OK, safe but really loud from the highway

Report Check-In

came in for an overnight stay. there was some freeway noise but not too bad if you're used to traveling. only two other people when I arrived at 10:00 p.m. and left at 5:30 a.m.. unfortunately some people left some trash so I picked up a little around my area and left. larger RVs seem to park in the street. recommend for a quick one night stay while traveling through.

Typical overnight option near a freeway. Yes, there is traffic noise and the parking lot has quite a bit of rubbish strewn around. But we felt safe and it was a good spot to stay when we're arriving at the bay area later in the evening.

Good T-Mobile service.

Simple park and ride, 3 night max but there are some People living in trailers that have been here for a couple weeks. Really safe, cops sit in the back sometimes and do their paperwork, nobody bothered me while I was here

FREE overnight parking. stayed here in our 24 ft rv after not being able to find any spots in the area. freeway noise is nice white noise. felt very safe here as well!

Report Check-In

perfect place to spend the noght. empty. highway bot too loudy

Report Check-In

Empty. Quiet except for traffic noise from the nearby freeway. Noise is not an issue, especially if you run a fan or have some white noise going. Great place. Thanks to the person who posted it. It had a patch of grass running along side, on the back border and a small tree with grass & dirt for my dog. Pet friendly, if on a leash. Garbage cans here as well, clustered together.
