The Magic Bus | Tourist Attraction

In the middle of the Moon Valley there is an old abandoned bus. Here travelers leave a sticker or a little message. The environment is beautiful and you can take beautiful souvenir photos. There are signs prohibiting entry into a vehicle, but Chileans told us that there was no problem here.

au milieu de la vallée de la lune il y a un vieux bus abandonné. ici les voyageurs laissent un stickers ou un petit message. l’environnement est magnifique et vous pourrez y faire de belles photos souvenir. il y a des panneaux interdisant l’entrée en véhicule, mais des chiliens nous ont dit qu’ici il n’y avait pas de problème.

Had high hopes of this place without even knowing what makes this bus magical. Honestly, i still don't know, but so worth the visit! As you can see in the pictures, we have put some colourful lights around the bus and made some epic shots at night. A deserted bus, with coloured lights, under the stars. I think I understand it now, the bus is magical in a way you make it. Use your imagination and it will be for you what it will be.

Lugar único. Mágico. Noite inesquecível som as estrelas. Visão magnífica do céu. Dormimos uma noite no silêncio total. Para chegar aqui pegar a estrada para Calama e pegar a esquerda em direção a Peine. A partir daí estrada de terra. Pegar a esquerda bem na curva para a direita desta estrada. Não seguir a rota do Google maps que está errada. Quando chegar paralelo a posição do magic bus pegar a direita.

What a gorgeous place ! Free and beautiful to see the stars during “no moon”.
It’s better to arrive from the way to “laguna Baltinache” and to leave from the other way to San Pedro. Like that you do a loop.
It’s better that way because the road from San Pedro is very steep at some point and you prefer to go down than up ;)

O fim de tarde aqui é incrível e vimos céu de estrelas mais bonito do Atacama, mas os tours fotográficos noturnos são muitos e vão até bem tarde. O último terminou a 1 da manhã com direito a muita bagunça e gritaria.

Here is the famous "magic bus", an old abandoned bus in the valley de la luna.
We could reach it by walking after parking a bit after the antenna (begining of the pipe). We considered the road too difficult after in van.
