Paid 13,50 bol for a van 5m long 3m high. Got a ticket for it. Then a police officer checked our papers.

we paid 8 bob for our van and got a ticket. But. directly afterward there was one police man who told us to pull over. He checked our papers said it was ok and gave them back. And then wanted one dollar.... So no. We refused and drove off. Our first police stop in Bolivia and immediately a corrupt officer.

They asked if we already had the peaje ticket, we informed we were coming from Copacabana and paid 8bob for a small campervan. Got an official ticket with the correct price on it.

We came from the border Kasani (next to Copacabana) so we had no "entrance ticket". We had to pay 20 Bs.
