Absolutely awesome, world-class natural history museum. It's way more than just a museum about the desert. It's huge, with many excellent sections on nature, geology, dinosaurs, reptiles, the planet, history... everything science and nature. There are interactive sections and videos for kids. Very impressive place, beautifully presented, absolutely worth a visit, with or without kids.
it's great. Entry fee now $195 for adults (discounts for kids, seniors, students etc) - plus $20 per hour for the huge car park, capped at $60.. Worth it, though made me appreciate how cheap Mexico is generally by contrast!
Report Check-InAgree with Tucks entry. We very much enjoyed this museum, especially the outdoor section with animal habitats including coyotes, wolves, and bears (like a small zoo). Normal admission is 160P per adult (discounted rate for children and families but I didn’t take note of the exact price), there was a promotion when we visited for 100P per adult. Separate parking fee, spaces for cars and large vehicles or buses, we paid 45P for 3 hours. Hours are 10:00 - 17:00.
