Description
Mado is always happy to receive Overlanders. It is possible to camp in your own vehicle on the grass parking lot in front of the restaurant or even to pitch your Canadian tent. Mado does not charge. We pay by eating in her restaurant, even if she does not demand it. This is the least we can do, especially because the cuisine is excellent (fish, crabs, porcupine, crocodile, gazelle, wild boar, chicken). The plates are at 5000 or 6000 CFA. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk.

madou is an amazing person. we arrived in family family in a rather difficult situation and asked for camping and she just gave us a house, where we stayed almost a month and support us with all day by day necessities. Good fish
Report Check-Instill possible to stay there, Mado is very nice and like to receive overlanders. she didn't asked any money. the place to camp is the sandy parking right in front of the restaurant, so no privacy, no shade, no shower. but having a chat with Mado definitely worth the experience :-)
Report Check-InReally nice place to stay. Mado let us camp for free but after the first night in the rain she insisted we take a room for the rest of our stay. In return we ate the restaurant which has good food like wild boar, antelope, fish, crab, crocodile and chicken. Prices range between 4000 and 7000. Fish is big enough for two people to share
