Very nice spot! Clean bathrooms near, water, protected from the wind, big and clean parrillas and tables, grassy area in front of the beach. We slept here three nights and saw lots of travelers doing the same. Best spot in Colonia, highly recommended!
On weekends it can/will be noisy!

Report Check-Inbem tranquilo para dormir uma noite. Com banheiro público um pouco sujo, mas usável. Ao lado da praia. Seguro.

Nice place with a lot of tree. Next to the white house at the other side of the road is a dumping station finally!
Report Check-InHermoso lugar en la rambla, con baños públicos, mesas y parrilleros. Muy lindos atardeceres y las personas del lugar muy amables. Pasamos 3 noches en distintos puntos de la rambla y sin problema ninguno.
Report Check-InNice place and quiet in the off season when we came. It’s like a parking/resting area with grills/tables. We felt safe here. Clean bathrooms and running water to wash hands. Some people from the town come here for bbq’s but leave at night. Some trash, but not too much, as it looks like someone maintains this area. Many options for overnight parking, as there are many trees, but there is a small hidden sign that says no camping- so I’m not sure if it’s a great place for tents. It’s well lit, we found a little more hidden spot behind a tree and used our rooftop tent no problem. There wasn’t wind where we parked. The locals go to bed earlier than in Argentina, so it’s much quieter at night. :)
Report Check-Inits a very nice place with bbq area on the beach. no windy and clean.
perfect for one ore more nights.
nice place with lots of barbecues and picnic table. Very clean and a little windy.
Report Check-InPleasant spot just behind the beach, not far off the road but very quiet at night. Clean loos next to tourist office at northern end. Can be windy but nice to wake up to a beach walk!
Report Check-InVery Nice spot! no wi-fi, the place is quiet. no camping, only RVs. not clean in parrilheiras..
Report Check-InWe slept here 1 night on a wednesday. Alot of locals doing asados. All friendly though we were caught in the crossfire of reggaeton speakers pumping from 3 directions, stopped at 2.30am.
a few other campers as well.
A long stretch on the beach side of the road with lots of spots. Great 4G Claro. Beach access. We have removed the reference to power as there is none. Pretty quiet Monday night.
Report Check-InReally nice spot. Gets quiet in the night with cars. Beautiful sunset, clean bathrooms. We haven‘t found the electricity, but if you ask the lady from the tourist info next to the bathroom, she‘ll give you the password to the wifi. Best spot in Colonia!
