Nice Hotel, Rooms for 30s (no private bathroom) or 40s (with private bathroom), warm shower, WiFi but signal is weak, very friendly owner, there is also a kettle and tea (included). I parked my bike inside, should be enough space for motorbikes as well. Not sure about parking cars or big rigs.
Good option to stay for a night.

I confirm this is Hospedaje Marujita and the Google maps position in correct! We've been asked for 65 soles for two people with private bathroom.
The WiFi is working but it's not great. There is a big secure parking space in the back, no height restriction. The room was simple but ok and seemed clean, the shower was bad, cold and terrible flow but ok for a night or two.
The owner is a nice lady
basic place. as mentioned, family has the ground floor, guest rooms upstairs. there is however a shared area on the landing with dining table and some soft chairs. I arrived early and spent a few hours relaxing and doing admin. it is notably in a quiet spot away from the main road: the main sound through the windows is birdsong! for one person, 40 soles shared bathroom, 50 soles private bathroom. dodgy electric shower. there is WiFi but I can't connect at the moment as they haven't paid the bill. bicycle stored downstairs but there seems to be a large gated rear yard which could take any vehicle.

absolute lovely famely, downstairs they live upstairs guest rooms, also diner table and little kitchen for the guest.
also first hotel to finaly put sockets by the bed.
there are a few fans around but right niw not needed.
silent place with good beds.
they let park my bicycle inside.
