As per July 2022 it's still not possible for any kind of visa application and not sure when they will start accepting.

30 minutes to get visa (with letter from our embasy, printed), no problem to change date of entry. Another form to fill with same questions and 1 document photo. Location is few meters off, look for "plexiglass room".

We asked the visa in Teheran with the new pdf form with QR code. We collected in Mashhad. We had to fill a written form (see pictures). Very kind person. We paid 55$ for adults and 35$ for children (plus 10$ each we already gave in Teheran when applying).

We applied in Teheran but never got any answer from there. No one answered phone or mail or Fax, so we drove here and got our visa within 20 minutes.
Just had to fill out the firm again and got the transit visa straight away when presenting the paper we got in Teheran when applying.

We applied for our Visa in Tehran, but we had to fill the same form again, give 1 photo again, a color photocopy of our passport and a photocopy of our Uzbek Visa again. Open every day from 8:30 to 12:00 except Friday and Sunday. We got our visas right away

We ask for the schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 4 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 12:30 pm (Friday and Sunday closed). Urgent or close visas on dates are collected from 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. If you go by vehicle, you can sleep next door (big vehicles are better not), the diplomatic guards are young people who do compulsory military service. In March '18 most are very kind and were interested in us and our trip. Important to take new dollars, look at them a lot!

Open from 8:30 to 12:00. And maybe they open at 15:00 too. Depends on their mood I suppose?
