Kind people, they told us that the insurance is voluntary and not obligated. They were aware that it is obligated in many other countries but told us it was not in Kyrgyzstan

During my three years in Kyrgyzstan I always used jubilee to insure my car. Goos service. They speak English.

Super nice service in fluent English. Be aware that you’re asked to pick up the policy later on the day (goes via head office), but if you ask they can send you per email as well.

It’s in the bank at the right end.
Very efficient, many options how to insure your car, see pictures for more details.
Vehicles older than 10 years pay 10% or 20% more, depending on the vehicle. Drivers under 23 and over 65 also pay more.
We payed around 16€ for 1 month, 2 drivers and around 9500€ liability for a 23 years old VW T4.
All papers (all!) are issued also in English, so you know what you sign/get.

Car insurance 1 month with 10.000$ coverage for 20$. Perfect English is spoken, which makes it a pleasure to go here. Very easy process took us 10 minutes.
