Spent the night here. It’s literally a couple blocks away from Times Square. It is metered to be here from 7 am to midnight. I got here around 11:30pm and left at 6:45am. No one bothered me. It’s fairly quiet and clean for Manhattan. Great spot! You’d spend at least $200-300 a night at a hotel in the area.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Payed on Saturday for meter parking on the street from 4pm until 11:45pm ($20) and then parked overnight. I parked between Broadway Dance Center and Flash Dancers. Stayed in the same place on Sunday, since it’s free street parking, and left late afternoon. There is a great little coffee shop called Bird and Branch that is a block north and open 8am-6pm on weekend mornings, 7am the rest of the week. Decent amount of foot traffic, which is expected for weekend nights but not uncomfortable.
