Free. This is a great location for Sprinter 4x4 Camping. Tight for anything larger.
Try to make the winding ride up to the top at sunset. It is amazing.

Packsaddle Campground, BLM. About 3 small uneven sites. Pit toilet, trash can and a picnic table. Road required 4WD from north. Many nice camp pull outs before the 4WD section.

Nice BLM Campground with 4 Sites. 3 are tents only, one is for a small camper. Pit toilets were clean. No signs for a fee.
