Description

Relatively quiet residential street. There's a park and river on one side and a very popular market and grocery stores within walking distance.
Only restriction on this particular street is no a parking on Wednesday mornings but there's a few other streets around that have different restrictions.
Spots seem to fill up around 5pm with people coming home from work but if you can get here earlier, there's no time restrictions on parking and it's a great location.
There are toilets near the ice cream shop at atwater markets. No services.

stayed a second night at this location. the bathroom was closed at 1030pm. since its located next to ice cream shop. wondering if bathrooms are open when ice cream shop is open. there is a coffee shop across the canal thats open early and a McDonald's that potentially stays open late. another quiet night with metro nearby.

Report Check-In

Arrived around 4pm, lots of spots. As mentioned, no parking 830-1130am Wednesday morning (garbage pick up per local resident). Toilet at park was closed but toilets by ice cream shop were open atleast thru 8pm. Street had been pretty quiet this far.

Report Check-In

Good area, reasonably quiet on a Thursday, lots of people in the park but no one bothered us and seemed like a good crowd. Toilets in the park were closed but the Atwater Market toilets were open at 8.30am (possibly earlier). Market Hours are 9-19 Mon-Fri, 9-18 Sat-Sun.

Report Check-In

As described, there is plenty of street parking in this neighborhood. Alternate side restrictions seem to be Monday morning and Wednesday morning. The nearby Atwater Market has restrooms, a water bottle refill station and wifi. I passed a very peaceful, quiet night.

Quiet residential zone. Perfect for a stay in Montreal.

Report Check-In

Very quiet place by the canal and bike park. Only three minutes from Atwater Market which is worth a visit. A small park just by.

Report Check-In

great spot, arrived on a Saturday afternoon. less than an hour walk to the Old Port. close to Mont Royal. groceries close and market. plenty of coffee shops.

Report Check-In

Watch out it’s a pedestrian street during summer, so inaccessible to cars. It might still be ok from October to April.

Report Check-In

very quiet, nice spot beside the canal. great for discreet camping. we stayed for one night in december with no problems. Right beside Atwater market.
