apparently free: no sign or authority figure. rinse at the dump, find water at an adjacent camp spot. note that all the gates around it are locked. must circle the fairgrounds until you find an entrance and try to explain to the person collecting parking fees that you aren't parking... this may or may not go well. you then circumnavigate the fairgrounds searching for the dump

Look for signage for Hazardous Waste Center. Opening times are:
Tues: 8am-1pm
Weds: 12pm-6pm
Fri: 8am-1pm
2nd Sat: 8am-12pm
