Two rest areas east and west bound. Dump points, water, toilets, bins, vending machines. Informal camping.
NOTE: Potable water spigot is NOT at dump station; it is at building and dump station is on the road back onto I-40 with no turn-around. So get water before you go to dump.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
You need an extra long sewer hose to use this dump station. We passed on it.
Report Check-InAs described...dump is on the way out so make sure you get water before leaving the parking area.
Report Check-InPulled in at 8:30pm. Great nights sleep. Never heard anyone else come in- thought we were the only ones there! Lots of truckers came in through the night though. Slept great!
We do have a USB fan that we run that offers a bit of “white noise”
We could hear I40 but it wasn’t bad.
Def would stay again!
