Very secluded spot overlooking Lake Powell. The trail requires a high-clearance vehicle with 4WD. A couple of very rough technical sections rock crawling up very steep grades.

This road is closed. There's a rancher that has built a horse pen across the road. We drove a long way to get there just to have to turn around. However, we went back and camped and Alstrom Point and was not disappointed.
Report Check-InInsane spot to camp. One of the most beautiful campsites we’ve ever been to. Bring some firewood. Amazing views.
The road is very rough getting here, definitely need proper 4x4 with low range and high clearance and diff lockers help too. A couple of very steep and technical spots rock crawling, I wouldn’t try it in anything other than a land cruiser, jeep, defender or similar. So worth it though if you have a capable and smaller rig.
