Something not right?

Description

24 hour Loves Travel Stop. Pulled in at 1am and saw about 15 other vans and cars bedded down for the night. Bought some snacks and a coffee. Asked the nice cashier of I could park till morning and he said it’s total cool “as long as you don’t have a party out there.”

Noisy big rigs in the morning but this facility has pay showers and clean restrooms. Employees are really nice.

Clean, friendly, easy. Safe stop. Would recommend.

Report Check-In

Arrived late and left before first light. Lots of other RV's, vans and cars. Bathrooms were clean and staff were friendly. This place is only seven minutes from Colusa National Wildlife refuge. Arrived there at first light and took the three mile auto tour. we saw thousands of ducks and geese. It was pretty cool.

Report Check-In

The good - cell service, it’s open 24/7 & restrooms. Pet friendly as well as felt safe over all.
The bad - the mosquitoes are absolutely insane here. BE READY for them as there isn’t mosquito repellents items for sale that I saw. Do not leave your windows cracked and be quick getting in and out of your vehicle, atleast in the evening/night times.
Its also a bit noisy which is of course to be expected at a Truck stop, so just stating this if someone is looking for a quiet quick sleep this isn’t quiet. Can get a bit crowded.

Report Check-In

Great spot as described. Clean restroom and plenty of space. Felt very safe.

Report Check-In

Very clean restrooms. They have everything in the store including hot food. Parking lot seems a little tight for cars & vans, but lots of parking for truckers. Didn't have any problems for us . We just needed one night here. 3 bars for Verizon and T-mobile.

Report Check-In

Showers are $15. Unlimited. Hot. Clean. Indeed not a spot to overnight.

Report Check-In

Not a sleeping spot, but has laundry and showers

Report Check-In

Quiet after a group of bikers left. Got in at 830pm when sunset was - one other van. Woke up and 5 more had showed up. No knock

Report Check-In

A little noisy, but after a 10 hr drive who cares. Staff friendly, nobody bothered us.

Report Check-In

slept in the truckers parking with our 28ft motorhome... we were able to park a bit on the side for less noise... not the best sleep but ok.

Report Check-In

We parked on Margurite St behind the truck stop. It’s a new very wide street with streetlights and sidewalks and grassy fields on both sides. A few big rigs were parked among the curb too. Great for walking the dog, and we were very comfortable. In the morning we stopped at the truck stop for resupply and bathrooms.

Report Check-In

Fairly big parking lot and very well lit. I pulled in to the left of the Arby’s around 7pm and stayed until 7am. Bathrooms inside were very clean. Felt very safe and got great sleep because of it. Would definitely use this spot again.

With the pandemic going on, truck stops have been my favorite place to sleep (was formerly casino parking lots). Felt very comfortable and safe here. Multiple other cars stayed overnight, even an rv parked in a truck spot near the pumps so I didn't feel the need to be overly stealthy. Had no issues for a one night stop. Nice bathrooms, and showers if you need it. I will say, the chester's chicken inside was a 1/10. That was the only negative.

Super friendly staff, really nice bathrooms and they said it was just fine to park in the back with the trucks overnight. There is a small fenced dog run at the entrance to the truck parking! Obviously some noise from truckers but nothing that bothered me.
$12 for a shower I decided to pass on that cost so no idea what they were like. Seems like a well run place.
