Established campground that runs along the Tennessee River. Water/electricity sites $20, drysites $15. Boat launch, picnic pavilion, hot showers and bathroom but pit toilets at more remote sites. Building new bathroom in heart of campground. CODE required to get into bathrooms. Both forested and riverside sites. You do hear Hwy 24 noise all night but didn’t keep me up. Full cell service here.

Great place to stop off I24. For $20 they have hot showers, bathrooms, and hookups. We would definitely stay here again when passing through. Verizon service was good but not great.
Report Check-InGreat little place to stop off I24. Hot showers and bathrooms. Full hookups. You hear a bit of noise from HWy but not enough to bother us. Verizon signal was good but not great. We would definitely stay here again
Report Check-InBeautiful spot with camping spots right on the water. Nice sunsets and sunrises. Slightly uneven. Lots of trash bins for garbage.
Traffic noise from highway was tolerable but constant. Didn’t stop me from getting a good sleep in the RV. However was travelling with pets who seemed to be constantly concerned by the fast large vehicle traffic. The cat was spooked. And the rescue dog wanted to chase and bark at it. This is the first place this has ever been an issue for either pet. I only mention incase you have pets that can be sensitive to loud traffic.
Called ahead to see if there was vacancies for the night. Was told there was lots, and to just park and pay in the morning or the drop box since we would be arriving after they office closed (5pm). What we were not told is that there is a CODE required for the bathrooms. And we are not traveling with a RV equipped with a toilet. We packed up, paid and left before the office opened (9am) so we never did see the any of the “bathhouses” so we cannot comment on the state or amount of them.
Report Check-InGreat spot on the river for $20. Call for reservations 423.942.6653
Beautiful sunrises and sunsets! T-mobile gets 5G and 5 bars.
Tent sites are $15/night. slept great without problems. shower houses are in bad shape, doors don't lock, etc. Can't really beat the price though.
Report Check-InExactly as described. You can stay year round in RV sites for $500/mth.
