It’s closed, seriously! Do not count on this place! A group of park rangers swept the parking lots starting at 10:00 and locked all gates! If you wanna see the sunset, see it and then move on.

Great spot to park for the day near Vancouver! It’s free (as of when we were here), there are loads of spots and it’s right beside a dog park/beach. There is also lots of hiking trails up the hill behind the parking lot. Saw lots of vans/buses here :)
There are a few bathrooms a long the beach - one is closed but there are port-a potties. Signs say no overnight parking and there are gates.

parks rangers comes in the morning and said it's prohibited to stay for overnight , they took license plates and next step it's for towing and tickets

We slept in our van yesterday and it was perfect!
Unfortunately, a ranger told me an hour ago that people in the neighbourhood complained, so they are gonna start giving fines starting today (4/10/22).

Best van parking!
No parking overnighr sign and it says gates close but it never does !
Plenty of other vans parked :)
Great view! Public bathrooms and water !

Beautiful place to stay with a Nice view on the océan.
We stayed here for 4 nights and even if there are signs saying that parking is closed, it never closes. There were at least 50 others RV in the différent parkings all along the beach. It seems like an agreement with the city.
There are several washrooms but some are not open and the others close during the night. There is also good water and outside showers.
Only a few runners in the morning and not very noisy.

good place stayed there for a couple if nights.
Lots of RV on the weekend it is used by locals a lot.A bit further up is a place for dogs to go into the water.

This is a great spot. The parking lots go on and on with many spots to pick from. Quiet with many many vehicles spread out all over. Would recommend.

Nobody closes the gate, nobody is giving tickets or waking you up! Some of these vans and RV haven’t moved for weeks maybe even months. There’s even a guy building his skoolie while living in his chevy van lmao
You’re good parking here, just keep it respectful and clean so we don’t lose this place please

Spent several nights here while in Vancouver. There are signs that say the parking lot closes at 10pm, but gates never shut and no one seems to be monitoring it. Dozens of RVs in these lots and the other lots on NW Marine Dr. Toilets open during the day and lots of garbage bins. Please be respectful and keep this lovely place clean!

I spent the night here with no issues, was very quiet. There were 7 other campers and vans in the morning.

Parked overnight with no troubles. The farthest lot has several dog owners, but super quiet during the night. Love coming here.

Saw some RVs but didn’t risk since cops apparently do rounds and fine folks
