Colombia
It's a bit of a dirty terrain, but it's got access to the sea. One can stick the van/car to the sand and forget about the place. We have to arrange with Mr. Manuel who is the care of the place and there is no fixed amount to pay him, but asks for a collaboration.

Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
slept here after the islands .they play domino in the evening and can be quiet loud! the other day had music too.thats y I didnt stop.it made sense the old woman with the hostel next to it said to be 'caretaker' ,since meantime a domino player said to be.I do believe this is none of this people' lot....
Report Check-Init is 10000 x night.and is not Manuel ,which probably just saw the opportunity n scraped a 'contribution' off the OP guy .there was at least other 2 tht showed up as 'caretakers'
Report Check-InParked my camper here for 5 nights while staying in Rincon. The guard offered me to camp in the parking lot. He said I would have to pay 25,000COP/night and then I could plug in and use the facilities of the neighboring hostel. It’s pretty much on the beach so you have a nice view.
All other parking around is without a view and they all have height restrictions. The parking is big rig friendly but I’m not sure the beach-road through Rincon is..
