Description

In Zaragoza there is the other access to San Cipriano with the brujitas.

Follow the parking signs and you will arrive to a big parking lot. In the final of this parking there is a path downhill that take you to other little parqueaderos with roof (town children will show you and ask for money...).

Here downhill we negotiate the whole day and sleep in the van for 15000 pesos.
Really nice old woman, access to bathroom and just beside the bridge that take you to the brujitas, quite noisy because is just beside the main road.

They have space for tents and they are building some rooms for guests.

Totally agree with the comments about the kids. It was very entertaining- within minutes we had at least 15 kids in the campervan touching/ opening everything possible and some things that aren’t meant to open. They were obsessed with our spare/ old mobile phones they manage to find and kept asking for us to give the phone to them as presents.
They were super polite and didn’t take anything without asking first.
Free to park here for the night.
No facilities and intermediate Claro.

Price is now 30,000 for 24 hours. The crazy local who lives in the shack next to the parking lot appears harmless, and he loves talking to himself and the sky. Parking lot has multiple uses: Playground for countless kids, community center for local adults, music entertainment center, kit flying area, etc. Be aware.

We stopped here to check on sleeping but the highway noise was too much. If it’s not a weekend or holiday you’re much better going down to park at Bongos hotel in Cordoba. If you want to see the tunnels just get off in San Cipriano and walk up the tracks and negotiate a price to go through the tunnels and return.
