For the ones with 4x4. Big or low vehicles won't get here. Super quiet with amazing view, again! If you walk/4x4 another 150m there's an old abandoned mine/cave to explore. One could even drive right in as some tracks tell, but probably not advised.
Follow the Hedley Nickle Plate Rd up and take a right at the corral and another right at a hairpin.

Large spot. Can fit rigs n cars. Not very levelled. Fire pit and block of tree to sit on. lots of birds. Logging trucks and cars pass by. Nice view, Quiet. Strange experience, heard a roar/howl at 4.30-5am that echoed around the valley. Unlike any animal known to us.
Report Check-InWonderful site, awesome view, and the mine shaft is fun to explore. bring a headlamp, it goes in about 100 meters!
4x4 not really necessary but height clearance a must and some narrow spots. no problem with a land cruiser but wouldn’t want too much wider
4x4 and high clearance needed, for sure, & as op mentioned, if your vehicles tall, youll probably get stuck in the trees. but the spot was well worth the treck. stunning views!
