At least four nice spots along the road, next to the water and the beach, very few cars on the road in the evening and at night.

Really nice, quiet spot between a golf course and the water. Toilet block and beach to make fire or a bbq. Several bays along the road and other vans, but very peaceful
Report Check-Instayed a bit before this location on a very green patch plenty of space for many tents. right by the beach. Very windy had to anchor the tent to the car. The beach in this area is not so nice though, it's got a lot of clay.
Report Check-InGreat spot, right on the beach and very quiet at night even though you are next to the road. Lots of dog walkers and golfers. We stayed in the bays before the carpark as we would fit in the barrier, see picture.
Report Check-InBeautiful spot and you get a lovely sunset if you park in the right spot! toilets seem to be still open and it's 2130. I saw another post which said they open at 8am, my thoughts so far are perhaps they don't shut them anymore! lovely and quiet, touch windy but beautiful.
Report Check-In3 bays alongside a quiet road and a car park with a hight restriction 7’6. Quiet place but maybe windy.
Report Check-InWe stayed overnight a little further up the road in the car park. 54.97431, -3.34540. There is a height restriction in place, 7' 6" and no caravans permitted. Strong Westerly wind, so not a suitable overnight spot for a roof tent in January! Update May 21, there are 'clean' public toilets open from 8am.
