Super bummed. Saw the setup but now release today. According to a local, the event is usually happening regularly November-December. There is a similar event near Todos Santos until end of February though.

At San Pedrito Beach there’s a volunteer group of turtles caretakers who release turtles almost everyday. Griselda is the woman who leads the project. You can send her a message (whatsapp) to +526121420480. The program is free but open for contributions. She probably won’t ask for donations, so if you want to (and they really need it), just tell her about it when you’re there. // En la Playa San Pedrito hay un grupo voluntarios de cuidadores de tortugas marinas que, casi todo los días, hacen liberaciones de tortugas recién nacidas. Ella probablemente no pida donaciones, pero el grupo lo necesita. Si te interesa, solo hay que hacer la donación personalmente.
