Bolivia
Fuel station that will fill for foreigners at Bolivian local price. It will depend on the guy. Some are nice here and will serve you, other are not. Just need to tip the pump guy. Here in Bolivia the price of gasoline for foreigners is more than double that for Bolivians, that's why the tip. In many places they don't want to charge you for being a foreigner.

We asked a local to fill our jerry can. We can fill our jerry can for 90Bs. So we gave the best man 100Bs to fill the jerry can and keep the 10Bs. When we've got it back, he didn't fill it for 90Bs but a bit less... But in the end we've got fuel to keep going to another gas station that gave us for local price again.
Good luck!
Report Check-InI guess it depends on who serves you. The guy was really unfriendly, they wouldn't serve us. They were laughing when we left. Poor experience, poor guys.
Report Check-InSame! Bolivian price without asking anything. We gave the guy a great tip.
Report Check-InThey filled our tank for 5 bobs/litre, payed cash ;) very friendly guys!
Report Check-InAsked him in Spanish if we could fill up here and leave a tip. He waved us to come over to the pump and do it quickly; charged us 3.74 bolivianos per liter (we filled up completely with 75 liters). I left a tip of 30 bolivianos.
