Camping right on the beach in Bahia de Los Angeles. About 10-15 sites with palapas, flush toilets and sinks separate for men and women, showers with poor water pressure (common of this area), wifi but poor, intermittent. no electricity, $200 pesos per person per night (10 USD / person). Beautiful beach in front, it's a clean beach. When tides low, you can see red, green coral and marine life like squid, sting rays and more!

Pricey for what you get. Noisy early AM with loud fishermen? leaving in vehicles. Lots of music ‘till late at night. Disgusting ablutions.
Not the friendliest people either … guess that is why they weren’t full. In fact only us and another couple camping …
went to archelon first which was full. daggets was decent but I wouldn't go back. bathrooms were so disgusting we ended up using our csmp toilets. spots are right next to eachother. lots of Boise early am with people doing construction. not peaceful. lots of stray dogs.Report Check-In
Beach side camping with wifi and restrooms with flush toilets and showers. Room for big rigs or small.Report Check-In
Tried Archelon next door but booked. Last spot avail with Overlander (not affiliated) group camping. $200 pesos. Too tired to roll to end of playa to check free camping but will tomorrow. Showers are warm, has a dump station, and bin to toss garbage. All behind the new rooms they are building. Fireworks and a party till 11pm then quiet.Report Check-In
Great location on the water. Weak internet not available through all the campground. Bathrooms and showers not cleaned recently. Amazing sunrise!Report Check-In
We were quoted 10 USD per person for boondocking and 15 with electric hook up. That's 20 USD for the two of us boondocking and 30 USD for a site with electricity ... pretty steep. We left and went next door to Archelon: same beach and amenities for less money.Report Check-In
This place seems to be the big social hub of the town. other than that, showers were hot and flowing. The original Dagget was an English officer on a German ship in the 1880s. He jumped ship and his Mexican friends hid him. He became a prominent citizen and leader in Baja California.
Do check out the Museum in town. It has extensive Cochimi Indian artifacts.Report Check-In
owner was very rude. wanted $20 usd for two people and shutdown any negotiations and had us leave immediately!Report Check-In
The place is a junkyard. I’ve seen worse bathrooms but they’re pretty scummy. Place reeks of fish as they throw all the trim on the sand right in front of the camping. We packed up after one night and moved next door to Campo Archelon.Report Check-In
I'm not a fan of this place. It was a Saturday night and several ATVs, presumably locals, raced around through the campground hooting and hollering like coyotes for about an hour. Seems the owners could do something about this, but all they seemed to care about was collecting their fee. Only one shower was working and when I asked if the one that was locked was working they said it wasn't and were irritated that I had asked about it. $150 pesos for what basically amounts to a parking spot with no privacy and questionable security just isn't the way I want to experience Baja.Report Check-In
We enjoyed Roman and this place. The showers were better than the reviews said. Maybe because we have been on the road for a month and these have been the best showers we have had, that includes US campgrounds as well. The place is clean. It is a small inconvenience to have to walk 100 feet to get the WiFi signal. Beach is clean and the palapas are beautiful. The fishing is great, hadn’t asked anything about renting equipment so can’t speak to previous comments about Kayaks or anything else. From our experience the $150 pesos per person, per night is a decent buy for this view, hot showers, flush toilets, WiFi, private palapasReport Check-In
Brilliant campsites with private palapa unlike its neighbor Campo Archelon. This place has private sites and by the way, the showers are awesome. Best showers in over a month of Overlanding including the USA. Free WiFi and great fishing of the beach. Yes to Camp Daggett and no to Archelong where you don’t have your own spaceReport Check-In
It's to expensive for this place. Paid 300 Pesos for one night. The washrooms are old and the water pressure poor. The view is nice, but the campground is better, with free kayaks, and "only" 280 Pesos for 2 people.Report Check-In
Good place for the camping. Au bord de la plage. Expensive 150 pesos par adultes. Pas d'eau chaude. Très peu d'eau qui coule. Nous étions en période creuse...ça a peut être joué.Report Check-In
Expensive 150 per person per night. right next to the water. Hot showers, intermittent wifi, dump ststion. stayed two nights.Report Check-In
The price has gone up to 150 pesos a night. Showers were warm, WiFi a bit hit and miss.Report Check-In
Camping pretty close to the beach, palapas available. the view ist beautiful, but the beach could be cleaner (dead fish and birds) Place is not well maintained, trash behind the sites, toilets dirty, dogs running around and peeing at everything. No kayaks for rent as advertised. WiFi signal only at the Office. 300 Pesos is too much for this place! right next to it is a way better one!Report Check-In
$50 a room. Clean room, hot shower, bathroom clean & wifi in front of office. Great place for a night.Report Check-In
Good camping with palapas, not exactly "on the beach" but pretty close. Showers were hot, low pressure. Toilets were a bit smelly. Paid 100 pesos per personReport Check-In
nice spot with camping on the beach. palapas are set back, so cars driving in will drive between you and the beach. great shallow, sandy bay for swimming and beach walks of 3 hours or so. hot showers. bathrooms clean and working (no light though). Wifi worked from farthest palapa but slow, better coverage near office and owner didn't mind us sitting on casita patio to use/plug in to electrical. nice place.Report Check-In
Nice place. Good swimming at high tide. We paid 200 Pesos for two people. Long walk (3,5 km) into the village, where there are several restaurants.Report Check-In
nice palapas, but when we were there the view of the ocean was blocked by huge rv's. price is 100 per person, too expensive in my opinion. showers were dirty, and toilet constantly plugged and filthy. would probably go somewhere else next timeReport Check-In
- Realy nice view.
- Price 100 pesos per person per night.
- Owner doesnt take much care about this place.
- Hot shower.
- Toilets not very clean but flushing.
- No kayak renting as advertised on sign.
- Mostly US RV comunity occupied.
- Nice palapas.
- We were not able to reach la Gringa with our car so we've been camping here. But price is too high for this kind of place.
Some old Story...... No hot showers....Owner will fix it....toilets have no Water....Nice Beach spots with grill...
it seems that the good years are over....
we paid 200 mex.....too much...
pro: asked owner for using his wifi.....put the key in my smartphone....
100 pesos or 8 usd. Slow wifi. Gross bathrooms but hot water. Bring your own lightReport Check-In
Still there is no hot water for the showers and the toilets are o.k but not clean! We paid 150 pesos for 2 person, which is to much because they don't care about the place...Report Check-In
The place is a mess. Camping spots (palapas) are ok and view is nice, but the toilets are dirty and not very well looked after. Same goes for the showers + they are cold and with poor pressure. ~$7 per person or 70 pesos per person.Report Check-In
Camping right on the beach in Bahia de los Angeles. About 10-15 sites with palapas, mostly clean bathrooms and hot showers with poor water pressure, no wifi, no electricity, $10/night
Price: $10/nightReport Check-In
Great campsite with sites right at the water. Each site has its own shady palapa and a barbecue. The bathrooms were o.k. and clean, the showers hot. The dump station did not work. In the hotel / restaurant right next to the campsite we had excellent fish. There we could also use the Internet.
