Frontage road just North of the arena. No “no parking” or “no camping” signs. Other RVs on the street. Freeway noise is loud but didn’t keep us up. Good spot for a night. Also very close to Modern Times Brewery!

Didn't stay at this exact spot, but stayed on a side street in the industrial area very nearby. The spot I found was relatively quiet and not much traffic overnight. There were a few vans and RVs scattered throughout this area so it felt a safe area to stay the night. There is also quite a few permanent residents in the area. All was well and I got a good night's rest until about 5:30 AM. Some guy was screaming about how he's gonna kill someone while smashing bottles on the sidewalk pretty close to my van. I peered out to make sure he wasn't actually threatening another individual and it appeared as though he was by himself. I didn't feel safe at all, left immediately and called the cops just in case. I don't recommend this spot at all.
Report Check-InGot kicked out of Mission Bay and came here. New law in SD prohibiting RVs to park overnight any street in the city! Stealth vans can blend in but hard for anything bigger to find a spot..
Some permanent RVs and right next to freeway but ok to just sleep.
as described, lots of road noise, but an acceptably flat street with no harassment. further down there are signs prohibiting parking fro 2 to 4 am, but not here. this city sucks for overnight parking, so this is an OK choice if you are ok with lots of highway noise.
