Parking lot on gravel at the Loop road from Monroe Station to Shark Valley Visitor Center. Some fire pits. In Big Cypress NPreserve. Quiet.

I passed these pull offs today and wanted to add that the road is very dusty this time of year so you may want to think twice. If you care about gravel road dust, you may want to completely avoid the scenic drive.Report Check-In
Stayed last night about a quarter mile down the road in a bigger lot. Says permit only but gate opens and closes without. Park bench there for dinner and breakfast. No one bothered me whatsoever. Only a couple cars passed down the road. No gators but lots of egret and heron.Report Check-In
Surrounded by gorgeous cypress trees and lots of alligators, this place has a large lot with a fire ring. If you can handle mosquitoes, it’s perfect for you!Report Check-In
clearing approxiately 100'x100' that can fit a couple RVs. Middle of nowhere.Report Check-In
Almost immediately after arriving here rangers arrived and told us that no camping is allowed and that they thought the area was unsafe. Visible to the main road. I don’t expect anyone would be able to sleep here uninterrupted unless they got really lucky.Report Check-In
