Dead end cul de sac with stone fire ring and with trees cleared out a fair bit.

OVERLANDERS BEWARE. Tried this spot tonight and pulled up to a closed gate as well as a sheriff and forest patrol writing tickets to a group of men in their trucks (may have been hunters).
Forest patrol informed us that almost all of the Oregon coast is owned by lumber companies and all types of camping are closed and will be fined. They said this is due to recent trashing, human waste, and other disrespect of the land.
Had to get a hotel after day 10 on the road and WY, MN, MT and CO having no problems. Bummer. Guess I’ll go south and hit more national forest land.
Report Check-InDidn’t stay here cause it didn’t feel safe. Trash and run down vehicles in almost all spots marked in this area.
Report Check-InWe boondocked here for 2 nights. Super quiet and no one else showed up! Small amounts of trash but overall pretty and peaceful. 👍🏻
Report Check-InPlenty of space to get level, but a fair amount of toilet tissues and some garbage left around. Pity, otherwise good spot. Could probably park 3 vans comfortably there. Not great for tents, too much gravel. A tiny bit of Verizon signal with a booster.
