Good alternative to visit the Amantani island by your own.
From the Chifron port (30min walking from Capachica), you can take a boat to Amantani.
The price is 5s for one way. Don't pay 10 as they generally ask for foreigners. Matter of principle.
Last return at 3pm.
Nice island with amazing views, and few tourists.

Boats are now 10BOB pp, they run pretty regularly, start 6am from here, last one from the island at 3pm.
Report Check-InNote that we were there on a Wednesday and there was no way to have lunch on the island. About 50min boat ride, the boat leaves when it's full. More or less every hour
