The Town of Cumberland closed this dump station permanently on April 8, 2024. This was an awesome site with great fresh water and easy access but the town’s treatment plant needs upgrading and as the dump site became more popular the last year or two with more people living in RVs they had no choice but to shut it down. A sign of the times!

Today the dump station was closed. There are rocks blocking the way and one massive concrete block over the sewer.

3 weeks ago we used the dump station twice, so hopefully this is only temporary (although it looks pretty permanent).

In the news today Feb. 19,2024 that Cumberland is closing this place down soon. Was a great facility!

super easy spot, still open and free. There are bathrooms in the park also

Still working and free. But some have left LOT OF PLASTIC GLOVES all over the floor ! this is disgusting ! How can we imagine that cities and parks continue to give us access to these facilities if we use it that way ! I'm pretty sure you all have garbage bag in your super big rigs !

Open year round. Easy access on Dunsmuir Ave (Royston Rd.) Parked overnight with no problems in gravel lot on east side of dump station.

It's not IN the parking lot as the coordinates showed. (Hopefully this check in corrects that.) It's right on the street outside the park - there's a gravel frontage road between the park and the street. There is a sign that says "no bulk filling" so be aware if you need water....

One of the few water taps we have found in the area that isn't closed for winter. Very powerful water pressure.
