Usually go there when I do the way from Qc to Ab, but it seem to not be open in winter
Severe thunderstorms and lightning led us to search for a place to stop. It’s perfect - two outhouses, well kept area. No one else here.

Noise from the Highway and the nearby train but still good for a night.

Report Check-InLarge paved loop with many picnic tables and two toilets. Close to the highway so louder than other spots, try to park near the back for a better sleep. Flat spots for tenting but the trees were perfectly spaced for a hammock so that’s what we did! Two other cars also stayed the night and didn’t bother us. Note there is a gate at the entrance, not sure if this spot closes seasonally…
Report Check-Invery nice rest area ! Big place so you can easly be alone. we spend a night, toilet was clean. we can heard the train but we loved it. Trees and prairies around. Just be careful, a lot of small cactus in the ground. So we cannot walk there with a dog...
Perfect place for a night!
Grande halte routière le long de la route . Très tranquille. 5 vans et vr ont passé la nuit hier. Bonne réception cellulaire. Vent des prairies en prime.
