wouldn't recommend coming here. Many homeless people. Many trash and extremely crazy mosquitoes. It's free camping up to 14 days but not worth coming here.

Really great spot. Right next on the beach with tons of space. Very quiet at night. Very wind today and mosquitoes are a bit intense at sunset.

Just WOW! miles and miles of beach to drive on! We even saw horses!
there is a lot of entrance. if you take the first (the east one), turn right on the beach and drive to the. point you want. more you go west, more you'll have people and houses. please don't park in there yards :)
At some point you'll have pit toilets and we also found water
Updates: SOOOOOO quiet and peaceful! even if we there's only some little dunes between us and the street.
** warning if you have little dogs or animals. we have been visited, in the morning, by two coyotes (big enough). they were not scared at all. the passed 3 feet away from our door, wide open and my men was standing on the edge of it. they just passed, never stop. don't seem dangerous at all for us but maybe for little animals it could be different.

stayed here after we attended a wedding up the road. it was beautiful. even with other people present it was nice and quiet. I slept so good and woke to watch the sunrise.

Drive right onto the Beach and Camp for FREE. Stay as long as you would like. Not limited. My stay was Glorious. Hardly any other people on the Beach. No other campers in sight, in either direction. Very windy at times. No worry mostly on high tide, Beach very wide for driving and camping space.

Back again to a favorite nearby beach destination! Nice wide beaches and not many people. ..our sweet spot. Hard packed drivable sand for our Winnebago Travato van between access points 3 and 4. ALWAYS pointing towards and close to an access point. Verizon coverage is 4G with 2-3 bars.

Lovely area… keep driving down to get away from the houses. Parking enforcement drove by around 0720 on a Wednesday morning. They did not stop and say anything to us.
Stunning sunset, gorgeous stars, foggy morning. There is some trash but overall pretty clean. All campers were very spread out, there’s a lot of room.
60’s during the day / low 50’s at night in early Feb. Did not see any mosquitos but it’s humid. :-)
