Description

Amazing Lodge with rooms, cabanas, restaurant, spa. The owner Carlos is a warm-hearted elder man. He let us camp on the ground with our 4x4 truck for just 20USD/day. All services included like water, electricity, WiFi, spa, laundry, guided tours into the jungle. This is definitely one of our favorites.

Great spot. Camp in your rig in there small parking lot with beautiful surroundings. $20 a night (they also have a covered area with a tent and mattress that you can rent). In the lodge the game room, common area, and restaurant are very comfortable (they light a fire in the living room and restaurant each night). The bathroom and shower are basic but clean with warm water. All of the staff are so nice. Food in the restaurant is fresh with a changing menu daily. The river running through the property will lull you to sleep at night.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a relatively quick and straightforward drive from the border and it gets you to a cooler climate. There’s a day or two of things to do here including hiking on the trail is owned by the lodge in the park. If you want to do other hikes that are a bit further and don’t want to drive there you can contact Abel (the front desk will have his number). We camped at the back of the parking lot and found a relatively flat spot on the right side facing the spot. You can hook up the power on the stairs at the spa. The Wi-Fi is very good which is nice. And it’s a very dog friendly place. There’s a little town a block or two away where you can buy stuff to eat. Overall highly recommended if you’re looking for someplace to cool off. It’s $15 a day per vehicle.

We were charged $15 total per night for 2 people and our rig. It was slow season so we had the place almost entirely to ourselves. Restaurant was closed, reopening for season sometime in November. There is a creek behind the 'Spa'. Parking is in the gravel lot away from the road beside the grassy yard. Water is potable. Very quiet and cool at night, serene.

We stayed here for one night and payed 15$, but the lady said as we arrived that it is 15$ per person for camping. But we found a rate table at the reception that said 15$ for two people for camping and she said that she gives us the old rates but that they will change. So maybe for next high season its 15$ per person (?!). As already said before you basically park in the parking lot. The surroundings are very nice and the Wi-Fi signal was very good. There was no power supply possible. Normally we should use the bathrooms of the gym but they werent working so in the end we got a room key to use this bathroom

Nice and quiet. 15$ per car. Laundry was 5$ per load. Nice landscape.

Very expensive spot, they wanted to charge us 20$ to park in the parking with all other cars in front on everyone. Also, one laundry load is 10$, so this place was definitely a no go for us.
