Had a quiet night and did not get bothered. Great spot

Spent the night here and are happy with the experience. There is low level road noise but overall is safe and a good place to sleep.

We stayed here 2 nights with no issues. The washrooms are now open 6am-9pm. There are some homeless people living in the park next to this parking but they are nice and not a problem. If you are a light sleeper you may not like it as it is loud at night. Quiet during the day. Nice neighbourhood to walk in next to marina. Saw dolphins this morning from this lot ! Melbourne is an older city , quaint , relaxed and more like real Florida . Really enjoyed it!

Stayed here after meeting friends at Chart House restaurant (very fancy). Noisy at night with the train and car traffic but I slept well abs no issues. Beautiful spot for the sunrise. Nice little park to walk a dog. Plenty of space for large trailers.

Great spot, fairly quiet, no "NO OVERNIGHT PARKING" signs. Felt safe, good neighbourhood. Boat launch ramp closed.

had a decent night. a couple of boat people and a train a few blocks away.

Horrible night, the train was so loud and passing all night. Had to change spot at 1am because we kept getting woken up.

A great location. There’s a small park on the other side of the building and a bunch of restaurants, shops within walking distance. The perfect spot to park when exploring Melbourne.

Perfect quiet spot. I’m on night two, gonna swing for three and dip. Feels safe. 10 minute drive to the beach

We stayed in this list on the night of 01/16/20 and parked on the boat ramp side of the lot (there was a function at the Civic Center, so that side was pretty full). This is by far the noisiest lot I’ve ever stayed in. There were people in and out of the lot all night and people would come stand literally right next to our RV..so close that it sounded like they were standing inside talking. The only good thing about this place is that it’s free.

Check us out on YouTube (FreeFlowinFamily) I have spent more then one night here with my family sleeping in our car. A cop just pasted by and check my tag doing his nightly rounds like 11:45pm. They didn’t say anything and just drove off. This is a very good quiet spot for someone in the area to sleep. In the daytime theirs a lot of cars like starting from 6am to 8am joggers runner, walkers boating people all start rolling around those times. It rained a few nights but the breeze is amazing your right next to the water. Hope this helps anyone looking for a great night sleep in the east coast area.
