Kitesurfing/windsurfing school with classes and rentals. Also rents kayak and SUP for morning sessions.
Wind from 12 to late afternoon every day when we were here beginning of December.
Mario the manager of this place is super nice.
Possibility to park your car/van/big rig close by to stay overnight, with access to toilets and potable water. Very quiet at night when all day users have left.
