Latest Check-Ins

We just stayed here for one night, so I can’t say a lot about the community, it seemed nice though. The host is welcoming and the toilet is a urine-diverted toilet and very clean. The whole place isn’t as polished as it seems on the website though and more of an ongoing project. We had to leave early the next day for an appointment and unfortunately the water at the shower was shut off in the morning.

What a great place in the desert. Very much enjoyed our visit. Shay the camp host is very sweet and so helpful. Nice hot shower, super clean composting toilet and great shared spaces. It’s definitely a special place I can highly recommend.

very cool camp nice people and chill location. I stayed three nights and made new friends. the shower and community sink were great. unfortunately the wind was blowing pretty hard while I was there so there weren't many planned activities. good cell service from Verizon.

Great spot, affordable, and all the necessities if you’re not self contained. Shower, composting toilet, water, gray water dump, etc. Community fire pit and outdoor hang areas. Will be back

Report Check-In

This place is awesome! We arrived at night and couldn’t really see the area, but woke up to a awesome little get away with enough services to make your stay quite enjoyable. Composting toilet and outdoor shower! Seems like they have yard games and a large hangout area as well with fire pits! Wish we stayed longer to appreciate all the things this place had to offer! Definitely stopping by again next time near Joshua tree!

beautiful desert Oasis! We arrived late to Joshua tree so we wanted a safe place to stay. Aiden was helpful and stayed up until we arrived. we came during the week so we had the place to ourselves. showers were nice and warm! we didn't use the kitchen but he has one if you would like to use it. there are fun things to do here; disc golf cage to practice putting, a fire ring, hammocks and more! we will definitely be back when we are in this area again!
