Bolivia
Good vegetarian cafe restaurant with craft beer options. I’m not vegetarian but enjoyed a falafel plate which is a nice change to the other common food around here. Just opened 6 weeks ago, and the owner is friendly and welcoming.

Report Check-InBest place in town for coffee, great veggie food, good atmosphere and comfortable. The owner is really nice and helpful too, would highly recommend whether you’re a vegetarian or not
Report Check-InVery cosy place, it's a tourist place. The owner is very nice (speak english and french too !). Good food, especially if you want to eat something else than meat : plates are vegetarian and between 30 and 50 bol (not as copious as in other restaurants, but very tasty). Good wifi. We went there twice and definitely recommend it.
Report Check-InVery nice place. We stayed two days, each day a couple of hours to work (eat and drink also). We have been very welcomed by Elvis (second name of the boss).

Report Check-InThe café is cozy and offers great cappuccino. The owner Bismarck is friendly and warm and shared a lot of his knowledge of the area and Bolivia with us. Definitely worth a visit!
Report Check-InHe had to close down during the pandemic and just reopened. Very nice and helpful guy. He is building up his menu again so right now not a big selection. When we came here for dinner he had run out of falafel and avocado, but still managed to make us a great vegetable sandwich with fried potato slices that was not on the menu. He could whip up a pasta pesto as well.
Right now he is only open on weekdays 10am-10pm, because it's just him now. But in future he wants to be open on weekends and have a bigger menu.
I highly recommend going here, if only to support him and help him build up his business again.
Amazing place, highly recommended. The owner is great, and was very helpful planning our trip. The food, specially the salad is amazing! Possibly the best I had in Bolivia.
Report Check-InGreat place!
I just wanted to eat something for the lunch and I ended up spending the day here waiting for my bus. The food is simple but so good and the coffee is excellent. The owner, Bismarck, is adorable and really interesting, we talked a lot (he speaks perfectly english and french). He is really sensitive about climate change and his impact on the environment.
He told me he was going to open a agency organizing day tours to the salar and his project seems more ethical than the other agencies. It is supposed to open this year and to be called "Llama Uyuni".
