Nice spot on this coast, drive down a beautiful arroyo that would offer a lot of protection from wind if you were to camp here. Som what soft sand in arroyo... probably ok with 2wd but we had it in 4x4 for safe measure.
Otherwise beach is like a lot of others on the coast...sandy rocky moderately steep. One of those massive houses south of here but far enough that it's not too noticeable. One of the nicer spots in the area.
Please don't drive much on the beach...turtles nesting here. Pack it in pack it out and enjoy the whale shows.

Very peaceful night and morning here (with other beaches around completely packed for Easter celebrations). Beautiful full moon rise over the sea. Great wind protection from a blustery Norte blowing along the coast. Sandy drive down arroyo mostly hard packed, but soft sand in places once you pull off. Wouldn’t recommend without 4WD.
Report Check-InEasy and safe to drive in, secluded, beautiful.
Able to find shade to park by. The sand is more hard packed than it looks.
Perfect spot to shelter on a windy day. Beautiful beach.
And I was happy to find (and water) the baby palm tree. It’s only 4 inches tall so be careful not to run it over!
Report Check-InWow, we loved this spot! Felt like a private beach. Road is tucked between two houses, but you cannot see them from camp. Parking next to the dune was a great break from the wind. I could not imagine the sand driving without 4WD or airing down-the sand is very soft, and we did not drive on the beach.
Report Check-In4WD only. Please water the palm tree sapling, it's got a long road ahead of it.....
Report Check-InLovely quiet spot on a white sandy beach. Not many people around, 2 other overlanders and a few kite surfers. The road from the south is about 38 miles of unpaved roads. Road mostly hard pack with some very soft sand spots. Didn’t get to a point of needing to use 4wd but we used it in a few spots anyway. Some winding steep bends but overall not too bad. On the beach, there’s a flat area behind a dune which was a great wind block. Lots of driftwood around.
Report Check-InGood description and it is a great beach 4x4 is best. Beautiful and quite.
