Loved this rest area. Gorgeous sunrise over the farm! Nice paved walking trail.

Wasn’t bad beyond the normal noise of a rest stop. Clean big grass area for the dogs. Seemed like a decent amount of spots were still open overnight

it’s a rest stop. exactly as everyone described. there are guys that come rummaging for cans, they’re nice they don’t bother anyone. lots of people in campers and vans for the night but also lots of passers by coming to rest. bathrooms are ok, signs posted that say no more than 12 hours of parking but i don’t see any cameras or employees to enforce that but maybe just don’t make it obvious that you’re posted up here if you are here for more than 12 hours. t mobile service as well.

Nice area for a night. A few other campers with me staying the night. I parked all the way at the end of the car parking and wasn’t bothered. But it’s a hell of a walk to the restroom as the further building was closed. Good cell reception and felt safe. Slept through all the car traffic so it wasn’t too bad. Happy camping! :-)

Report Check-In

Good cell service (Verizon & Sprint) and plenty of spots.

Easy spot for a night, men’s bathroom was clean, women was not and without soap. Car next to us was shaking long all morning long but made for a good laugh.

Southbound. Remains a good rest stop with loud highway noise. Its big so there was lots of room even when we arrived at 11 pm. It has a good visitor center kiosk with pamphlets and maps.

The rest stop is available on the north-bound and south-bound sides of I-35 (two separate locations). It's like a typical rest stop along an interstate. It was fairly quiet the night we stayed.

South Bound Rest Stop. Rolled in at 6pm and half full. A lot of spaces for trucks and trailers. Clean bathrooms and vending machines if needed. Nice dog run, with poop bags at north end of property. Noise as to be expected with freeway. Tip: Park between two rigs that aren't running. Helps buffer some road noise.

Decent rest stop. We stayed here two nights—left during the day to explore Eugene. Slept pretty good and noise wasn’t too bad if you park a little away from the bathrooms/where more cars are likely to pull up. Traveling with two pups and they loved the grassy area. Only downside is that there were a lot of dead field mice all over. Not only was it sad for the mice, but concerning for our dogs who kept trying to eat them. Not sure if they were poisoned or how they died so please be careful is traveling with companion animals.
