First Google did not take me to the right location. First, it stopped where the road took off uphill to the left. The restaurant is not there. At the 3 road split, you have to go straight. if you have gone all the way to the metal gate, you have gone too far. it will be on your right. The swimming pool is visible from road on your right as you will drive to the metal gate. Since the area is run down so we did not stay.
The local also told us that you can go pass the metal gate all the way to the lake, too. It is all secure. The problem was too much trash and mosquitoes. Even though it was free to stay, we did not like it. Instead, we stayed at the Mirador where Cascada Trecio is. Great views there.
Doña Isabel is the sweetest host! We ended up staying 3 nights at this lovely place with amazingly kind and welcoming staff. $10 per night per vehicle with access to the pools. $2 for a cab ride into the center of Suchitoto where Pupuseria Nenita has the best food. You can park in sun or shade depending on your needs. Can't recommend this place enough!Report Check-In

3$ tuktuk to go to center.
I add some photos because still no photos now
very nice place!!! We stayed here 2 nights, the swimming pool is clean and nice, the food is great, the family welcome you with a big smile and offer you some food at night. A collectivo pass just in front of the restaurant to bring you to the center.
We paid $10 per night for 2 with a campervan and access to the pool, showers and baños.
We weren't able to get into the peace centre on a Saturday as they were full, so stayed here and had the entire lot to ourselves. Paid $6 for two of us in a truck camper and the people are incredibly kind. Wifi in restaurant and more food options near the lake. Decent toilet. Didn't use pool or shower. Shower was outside near pool. About a 20 minute walk up the hill to town.Report Check-In
Pleasantly surprised after previous comments. Friendly welcoming staff. Offered us $6 per car without pool or $10 with. We decided to use the pool, clean and very big! Toilets and outdoor showers are decent. We hooked up in toilet block with long cable. Good WiFi in restaurant, quiet at night. Bus 50c pp to town. Recommend it.Report Check-In
8$ per night for two people and a campervan.
Convenient place, nothing more.
Found place fairly easy but there is no sign saying name, only "Piscina, Restaurante y Cabanas". Claro reception not good or consistent, depends where you stand. Women's shower has one stall with no knob other is a trickle only. Told owner and he fixed. Okay pools. We plugged in a cord at bathroom block and it worked fine. Did not hear dogs at all. We found the only laundry in town:. at Centro Arte para la Paz. $2 a load.Report Check-In
nice enough spot near suchitoto, although we didn't find anything that cool in suchitoto the campsite was good. it was 8 but when we said we had 5 adults he asked for 12 with pool use or 8 without. the showers weren't working but they fixed them and they were fine albeit cold. we plugged into the bathroom for electricity which worked well - enough for air con and fridge etc.Report Check-In
Restaurant with a pool near Lake Suchitlan, a few meters from the ferry pier from where you can take boat tours around the lake or to the towns on the other side of the lake. 8 per vehicle to camp per night including pool access. Isaias, the owner, is very nice.Report Check-In
Still 8 dollars per night. Best bet near Suchitoto. Not so quiet though because of dogs barking all night. Decent showers and toilets. Practical place to stay nothing more.Report Check-In
Still $8 USD per night (for two of us). Parked near banos and managed to get power with 10 metre lead. Just stayed night, set back from lake so we didn't think it was great place to hang out for the day. Has a pool though.
GPS took us on a crazy semi paved road from the town, there is a decent cobblestone road fine for 2 wheel drive all the way to the hotel...recommend you take that one.
Banos without water and lighting when we were there, lots of bugs.Report Check-In
Still 8 USD/night. Quiet at night. The bus to town is 30 cents per person and should run every 30 minutes from nearby tourist center on the lake.Report Check-In
