Something not right?

Description

Gatehouse at the front but end of January was empty. Loads of trailer spots and a few smaller spots. Police came around 1am and checked the plates but I wasn’t bothered. Very quiet. Minimal light pollution. One of the most peaceful nights of rest I’ve gotten on the road yet! Drive a few more miles down the road to the pier and check out the sunset view over the Gulf. (Most manatee tour companies may also let you park in their lot overnight if you have a tour booked).

Ozello Community Park. Great overnighter. A lot of kayakers launch from here. Large parking lot with very busy boat ramp in the morning. Dark, safe and quiet at night. No vehicles driving through the area. One over flowing porta John. High tide comes up into lot so park next to picnic tables.

I have stayed here many times in a van and a car. There are boats going in out of the water late at night and early in the morning, but it’s usually pretty quiet. I’ve never been bothered here, and you can’t beat how close it is to the beach and the manatee tours

Spent a quiet night in our Promaster. Great parking place!

Cool lot, best overnight spot around forsure. Cops saw us setting up and left. Parked in the small lot w no spaces in front of the boat launch lot. Super cool sunset, saw otters and lots of birds. Some kids partied until midnight but didn’t bother us.

Every comments of the other visitors are accurate. There is actually 3 parking lots, 1 for visitors, 1 for the trucks and cars with trailer and 1 small one along the road (corresponding to GPS coordinates). This one has no sign of "no overnight camping".
This site is the best we had so far.
There was 2 other RV.
There is picnic tables, one has electricity.
Great place and quite.
