We also actually stayed in the Home Depot lot. Several other overnighter were there too.

Didn't see any other campers at Walmart and the parking lot was surprisingly full, but the Home Depot next door had at least a dozen big rigs in the lot.
I parked directly in front of Party City, out of everyone's way. One cop sat in the HD lot for most of the evening, but no issues. Easy access to 35 and lots of restaurants in the area.

Low key, no problems/hassling. There were a few semi trucks overnight in addition to myself.

Was kinda sketched out about staying here since only two reports. There was a city cop in the lot, so, I stopped and asked. She said there is no city ordinance regarding travelers sleeping in their vehicle/rv. You just can’t be here for days. Also asked about how safe of an area it is and she said it’s very low crime. Soooo….for you people who may be kinda hesitant like I was, all is good. The officer told me it’s best for us to park around the side away from the highway. Which is great because you can’t hear the road noise. I got WIFI signal but it was only 1 bar and at a speed of 2.15 down but 8.5 up. However that was just a speed test which froze every-time on the up portion. I was parked furthest away along the trees/curb. The Dell campus is apparently behind the Walmart. Felt very safe. I’d probably use this every night and just leave early am per usual and show up around sun set if I lived here. Hope this helps.

I asked the manager, he said it’s fine to stay for the night. Had some noise around 11:30 as the landscaping crew came in to clean the parking lot. After about 30 minutes, they were done and we had a good night.

Stayed over at the Home Depot in the same plaza. A bit quieter. No issues.

Friendly for overnighting. Saw two other vans, and two RVs.
